Recommended Dosage of cherry flavor in baking:

1. Powdered Flavoring: Recommended addition is 0.1%-0.5% of the total recipe weight, adjusted according to product flavor requirements.

2. Liquid Cherry Flavoring: 0.05%-0.2% of the total recipe weight, adjusted according to flavor requirements.Reference Dosage for Different Baked Goods:Cakes: 0.05%-0.1%, Example: 0.25-0.5g for 500g batter.

Cookies/Biscuits: 0.1%-0.2% Due to lower moisture and higher fat content, the aroma is more concentrated, so the dosage can be increased appropriately.

Breads: 0.07%-0.15%. Recommended to add during the later stages of dough mixing to reduce aroma evaporation during fermentation.

Fillings/Butterfrosting: 0.1%-0.2% Good compatibility with fats, easy to disperse evenly, can be directly mixed into butter.
